Billing questions
Which billing intervals can I choose?
Monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or yearly, where the plan offers them. Longer intervals cost less per month — the pricing page shows the saving.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code when you sign up or on the Plan & billing page. It is checked before you pay and applied to your subscription.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your workspace keeps working for a grace period while we retry the card. Update your payment method from Plan & billing › Manage billing.
What if my trial ends or I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Reports, exports and backups stay available; creating tickets, taking payments and messaging pause until a plan is active again.
